Products we are unable to refund or exchange:

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any products if they have been opened unless they are faulty in some way. We are also unable to offer refunds after 14 days of you receiving your goods.

 

How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?

Refunds will usually reach your PayPal account within 1 day of receiving the product back from you.

When do I get my order?

 

• We aim to send your products within 24 hours of receiving your order. Bank holidays and Sundays will delay sending time.

 

• You should receive your orders within 2-3 working days, but it can take longer if your delivery time goes over a weekend or a bank holiday

 

Prices

 

• Free standard delivery on all orders over £50.

 

• Delivery to UK mainland addresses will cost a flat rate of £2.79.

 

• If your order gets large don't worry, we will cover any delivery costs over £2.79 so order as much as you want with peace of mind.
